1. Introduction and Commitment
AI4A Business Solutions Kft., as a fintech and AI development company, is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment. We recognize that gender equality is a fundamental right and a key driver of innovation in Artificial Intelligence. This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is designed to meet the requirements of the Horizon Europe framework and to ensure equal opportunities for all employees regardless of gender.
2. Public Commitment and Resources
- Publication: This document is formally approved by the executive management and is published on the company’s official website/internal digital board.
- Resources: The management allocates dedicated time and human resources to oversee the implementation of this plan. Zsolt Zsoldos as CEO is designated as the Gender Equality Liaison.
3. Data Collection and Monitoring
To ensure evidence-based progress, AI4A Business Solutions Kft. will:
- Collect and monitor sex-disaggregated data on staff composition annually.
- Review gender balance in recruitment, salary levels, and promotions.
- Prepare a brief annual internal report to assess the effectiveness of the GEP measures.
4. Training and Awareness Raising
- Unconscious Bias: All staff involved in recruitment and management will undergo training or briefings on unconscious gender bias to ensure fair decision-making.
- AI Ethics: As an AI developer, we commit to discussing gender dimension and potential biases during our technical design phases (Algorithmic Fairness).
5. Key Areas of Intervention
- Work-Life Balance and Organizational Culture: We offer flexible working hours and remote work options (Home Office) to support employees with caregiving responsibilities.
- Gender Balance in Recruitment: We ensure that job advertisements use inclusive language and that recruitment panels aim for diverse perspectives.
- Career Progression: Promotion and professional development opportunities are based strictly on merit and technical performance.
- Measures against Gender-Based Violence: AI4A Business Solutions Kft. maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment or any form of discrimination. Clear reporting channels are established to handle any grievances confidentially.
6. Implementation and Review
This plan is effective as of 1st March 2026. It will be reviewed and updated biennially to reflect the growth of the company and evolving best practices.
